Yes, you can! Many of our water flossers are IPX7 waterproof, making them safe to use in the shower. Additionally, some of our models feature an IPX8 rating, allowing for even greater water resistance and convenience during extended use under the shower.
Yes, you can charge the unit with a voltage adapter, supporting both 110V and 220V. Additionally, you can charge the Flosmore using a power bank, computer, or car charger.
Normally, we provide one sample free of charge. However, we may request that you provide your business information and agree to submit a product experience survey online. Please note that while the sample is free, we do not cover the cost of shipment.
Typically, our delivery time for a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) order is 25-35 days. However, the exact timeframe can vary depending on the level of customization required and the order quantity. We usually don't keep large stocks of raw materials, motors, batteries, or PCBA components to ensure the parts remain in optimal condition. As a result, lead times may be influenced by the need to source these components specifically for your order.
We accept most popular payment methods, including PayPal, T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), Western Union, and credit card payments for small in-stock orders.
If you require a certification that we don't currently hold, we would first assess the time and cost involved, as well as evaluate your order quantity to determine if it can cover the certification fee. We are open to discussing this with you, and in some cases, we may ask clients to pay for the certification upfront and then arrange for a refund through future orders.
